Payment options:
We accept visa and MasterCard as credit card payments and
Payments by Check and Money order.
Shipping Policies:
We are only accepting order for delivery to the Continental US and Canada.
Please be advised that Adita Designs will not ship any merchandise to PO box addresses.
Small items will be delivered via UPS and large items via truck freight.
We highly recommend that you inspect your item upon arrival, noticing the condition of the item is the responsibility of the customer and not the driver.
Delivery time:
4 to 6 weeks if the items ordered are not in stock.
Return Policies:
If the fixture you purchase is not what you expected, Adita Designs will accept return of merchandise that has not been altered in any way. All products have to be returned in its original packaging. The customer will have 30 days to return the fixture but would need to contact Adita Designs within 72 hours for a return authorization number. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges for return merchandise.
Restocking fees:
We will not apply restocking fees to any returned item.
Order Cancelation:
Adita Designs allows customer to cancel any order that is not custom made, as long as it has not shipped from our factory, with out any penalty.
